Listed booking rates reflect booking options that include the Primary Residence. For larger parties and parties who prefer an added level of privacy, we offer a booking option to include the Private Apartment. For an additional $250/night, the Apartment rental includes a kitchen, entertainment area, King bed, private patio and private entrance. Message us through our contact page for bookings and inquiries of the Private Apartment rental. 

Early and late check out options are offered at a small additional cost when available.
